The following is a short checklist to keep track of the main steps to onboard with JackRabbit via Logicbroker.
| Step | Description | |
| Register & Set Up Users | Setup your username/password and add users to your account. This can be done in either Stage or Production Portal, users will have access to both environments. See this article on setting up the user. | |
| Connection | If doing EDI/API/XML/JSON, set up the proper connection. See the Connection article for more details. | |
| Inventory | Load a sample inventory file into Staging (at least 4 items). See the Uploading Inventory article for more details. | |
| Generate Test Orders |
Generate your test orders in the Testing module in Stage Portal, regardless if you are using Portal, EDI, API, etc. Follow the test case requirements. See the JackRabbit Testing Module article to get started, then move on to the appropriate test cases. |
|
| Packing Slip | If not using the Logicbroker provided packing slip for drop ship orders, have your packing slip reviewed/approved. See the Packing Slip specifications article. | |
| Go Live | Once test orders are complete, Logicbroker and JackRabbit review the account and push into Production. Logicbroker sends a final "go live" email, which is when the Logicbroker Production Portal is enabled to be used and a full inventory file can be loaded into Production. | |
| Notifications | Make sure all the notifications and alerts for your profile are set up. See the Setup Notifications article. |
